What Are Automations?

Automations perform actions automatically when certain triggers occur, saving you time on repetitive tasks.

1. Trigger

   Something happens: new lead created, project status changed, invoice paid, etc.

2. Conditions (optional)

   Check if certain criteria are met before proceeding.

3. Actions

   Perform one or more actions: send email, update status, create task, etc.
