Creating Custom Workflows

Using the Workflow Editor

The visual workflow editor lets you create complex automations with drag-and-drop simplicity.

1. Go to Workflows

   Navigate to Tools → Workflows in the sidebar.

2. Create new workflow

   Click 'New Workflow' and give it a descriptive name.

3. Add trigger

   Choose what event starts this workflow.

4. Add actions

   Drag and drop action nodes to build your workflow.

5. Configure each step

   Click on each node to configure its specific settings.

6. Test and activate

   Use the test feature, then activate when ready.

Tips

• Use conditions to create branching logic
• Add delays between actions when appropriate
