Publishing Your Booking Page

Turn your studio address or connected domain into a branded place to request or book services

Booking Page Setup

Your public Booking Page uses the logo, colors, contact details, and hours from Company Brand. Customers can start without signing in. Existing clients can still use the sign-in link for private documents and account activity.

  1. Open the builder

Click Settings in the sidebar, go to Company, open Client Portal & Domain, then select Build Booking Page.

  2. Choose how customers start

Choose Request a Quote, Book an Appointment, or Choose a Service. SupaBook can prepare a recommended draft from your industry and the forms, calendars, and services already in your account.

  3. Connect what customers can book

Choose one existing request form or booking calendar. For a service page, choose which services appear, add an optional image for each service, choose what happens when selected, the connected form or calendar, and whether its price appears.

  4. Make the page yours

Edit the headline, short introduction, main button, service area, hero image, and optional About, Contact, and Frequently Asked Questions sections. Company branding stays connected automatically.

  5. Review and publish

Review every issue, use the live desktop or mobile preview, and select Publish Booking Page. Drafts save automatically, but only the publish button updates the live page.

  6. Share the page

Use View Live Page or Copy Link after publishing. Your active custom domain shows the same booking page. Reset Draft to Live Page is available when you want to discard unpublished edits.

Tips

  • Keep the service list focused so customers can choose quickly.
  • Use a clear landscape image that helps customers recognize the service. JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 5 MB are supported.
  • Use request or assessment flows when pricing or availability depends on project details.
  • Hide a service price when the final amount depends on scope, travel, materials, or a custom estimate.
  • Private proposals, invoices, files, and client history remain behind client sign-in.
  • Proposal, contract, Smart File, and payment links keep opening their original public destinations.
  • The first AI-prepared setup draft is included. Rewrite Page Text uses normal AI credits and never changes services, prices, connections, or publishing status.
