Communication Timeline

Every client profile includes a complete history of all interactions.

1. View timeline

   Open a client profile and scroll to the Activity section

2. Email history

   All sent and received emails are automatically logged

3. Call logs

   Phone calls made through SupaBook appear with duration and notes

4. Manual notes

   Add notes for meetings, calls, or other interactions

Tips

• Add notes immediately after client calls while details are fresh
• Use the timeline to prepare for follow-up conversations
