Financial Reports

Review verified revenue, pipeline movement, close rates, cash to collect, source quality, and project risks

6 min. Updated 2026-10-05.

Understand Business Performance

Reports uses verified proposals, payments, invoices, leads, clients, and project budgets. Choose one reporting period to review current performance and compare eligible revenue metrics with the previous equivalent period.

  1. Go to Financial

Click Overview under the Financial section in the sidebar.

  2. Review the scorecard

See collected revenue, signed contract value, outstanding balances, qualified close rate, and overdue invoices. Use the information controls to review each calculation.

  3. Review sales performance

Use Sales Pipeline Performance for open opportunity value, stage conversion, time in stage, sales cycle, velocity, target coverage, forecast slippage, and closed-lost reasons. History metrics appear only after verified transitions have been recorded.

  4. Review conversion and cash

Use the Proposal Funnel to compare sent, viewed, signed, and paid proposals. Open opportunities do not count as losses in proposal win rate or qualified close rate.

  5. Find risks and opportunities

Compare lead-source quality, repeat-client revenue, client concentration, upcoming balances, and projects that are over budget or putting target profit at risk.

  6. Export reports

Download the visible business report as a PDF or export connected payment transactions as CSV.

Tips

  • Review monthly to catch trends early
  • Qualified close rate uses won divided by won plus lost qualified opportunities, so open work does not reduce the rate
  • Pipeline forecasts use explicit categories and full verified values. SupaBook does not invent close probabilities or weight values with AI
  • Pipeline coverage compares dated, non-omitted opportunities in the selected period with the saved revenue target for that same period
  • Outstanding balance is a current as-of-today amount, while collected and signed revenue follow the selected period
