Sign Up for SupaBook

Getting started with SupaBook is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account.

1. Choose your starting path

   Go to /get-started. Start the card-backed Core trial, continue with Google, or use the on-page form to request done-for-you setup. Core includes 7 days with 60 voice minutes, 100 SMS credits, and 50 AI credits before renewing at $199 per month unless canceled.

2. Create an account or request setup

   Self-serve visitors continue into account creation and plan selection. For done-for-you setup, share what you want the SupaBook team to handle, then choose a meeting time after submitting.

3. Select your plan or meet the team

   Free trial and Google sign-in create an account first. New businesses complete a review before plan checkout. A done-for-you request schedules a setup conversation before any implementation purchase.

4. Finish account creation

   Complete email verification when using email signup. Google sign-in uses the verified Google account.

5. Verify your business, then complete onboarding

   Sign in and complete the short business verification questions. Enter your company name, business contact phone, website or no-website choice, legal name, contact details, address, business type, and intended use. Check the summary and select Submit. SupaBook emails you when the business is approved or needs changes. After approval, return to onboarding, confirm your saved business details, and choose a plan without entering them again. Eligible Essentials accounts show Start 14-day free trial; eligible Core accounts show Start 7-day free trial. AI and AI Pro show Get started and begin paid access after checkout. Checkout confirms trial eligibility. Native iOS shows Subscribe and opens Apple's secure payment sheet inside SupaBook. Complete checkout before AI research begins.

6. Choose your launch support

   Go to your dashboard when the verified setup is ready. If you want hands-on implementation, purchase the optional $299 Done-for-You Launch service after accepting its non-refundable setup terms (subject to mandatory legal rights and verified billing errors), then book your 45-minute Custom Setup Kickoff. Custom implementation is included with Enterprise agreements. Expert consultations provide strategy and guidance and remain available from Setup.

• Use a business email for better deliverability when sending emails to clients
• If your invite does not arrive, check spam and contact support with the email used on your request

Complete SupaBook Onboarding

SupaBook onboarding starts with short business verification questions about your company name, business contact phone, website or no-website choice, legal name, contact details, address, business type, and intended use. Check the summary and select Submit. The information is saved for team review, and SupaBook emails you when approved or when changes are needed. Plan checkout and phone number selection open after approval. Return to onboarding, confirm the saved business details, and continue to plan selection without entering them again. Choose Core, AI, AI Pro, or CRM-only Essentials, then complete checkout. SupaBook verifies the entitlement with the billing provider before AI research begins. Progress remains saved through delayed confirmation, app restarts, and device changes. After research, choose the one outcome you want SupaBook to prioritize first. SupaBook identifies your industry from approved sources and asks you to confirm it only when the result is missing, conflicting, or uncertain. Review the concise source-backed summary and approve it with Use this setup. SupaBook applies safe plan-specific settings as drafts or staging versions and verifies each core item. Customer messages, live automations, transfers, publishing, purchases, connected accounts, and legal copy stay off until approved. Finally, book an optional setup call in SupaBook's Demo Call calendar or skip it. SupaBook verifies completed bookings before the Ready page lists verified items and opens the dashboard. Done-for-You Launch is a separate optional $299 implementation service for active customers and is included with Enterprise agreements. After activation, book the 45-minute Custom Setup Kickoff through SupaBook's native calendar.

Tips

• Take the quick tour to familiarize yourself with the interface
• Use your website during onboarding so SupaBook can prefill business details
• Choose the primary outcome you want first so SupaBook can prioritize the setup included with your plan
• Confirm the scan summary, then answer only the required questions SupaBook could not confidently complete
• Use Check again if billing confirmation is delayed. Do not restart onboarding
• Use Review all details if you want to inspect every source-backed fact before approving the setup
• If your selected offer includes a business number, choose it before checkout
• Book the optional setup call if you want help connecting tools or launching your first workflow
• Purchase Done-for-You Launch if you want the SupaBook team to implement and test approved workflows with you, then book the Custom Setup Kickoff
