Understanding the Dashboard

Use structured widgets for priorities, conversations, pipeline, schedule, and revenue

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is one customizable widget workspace. The SupaBook Optimized layout uses verified tasks, customer responses, proposal activity, bookings, lead estimates, calls, messages, and permitted financial totals. Loading the dashboard does not generate an AI report or spend AI credits.

  1. Start with Today's Focus

Work through up to three ranked actions. Urgent work and waiting customers appear before proposal and financial follow-up. A viewed proposal can show High intent, which is an evidence label, not a predicted close percentage.

  2. Check Conversations and Schedule

Calls & Messages summarizes the last seven days, Needs Reply shows customer responses waiting for review, and Today's Schedule shows up to four confirmed items.

  3. Review Pipeline and Revenue

Sales Pipeline starts with proposals that were actually sent for active projects. It excludes archived, deleted, and closed projects, separates unopened proposals from proposals the client viewed, and never treats an inquiry budget as revenue. Revenue Commitments uses signed or paid Smart Files, sent invoices, completed payments, and payment schedules to separate contracted, collected, outstanding, due soon, and overdue amounts.

Customize the Widget Dashboard

Choose SupaBook Optimized for the structured six-widget layout, or arrange the workspace around the information you check most often.

  1. Open Customize

Select Customize to add, remove, or reorder widgets and to show or hide the top AI chat box.

  2. Use the Optimized Preset

Open Presets and choose SupaBook Optimized to use Today's Focus, Calls & Messages, Needs Reply, Sales Pipeline, Today's Schedule, and Revenue Commitments.

  3. Understand Revenue Commitments

Contracted is the value of signed Smart Files and issued invoices. Collected is successful payment activity. Outstanding subtracts completed partial payments. Due soon and overdue use saved invoice or payment schedule dates. Balances to Collect shows up to three projects with the most urgent remaining balances.

  4. Use AI Only When Needed

Automatic counts, balances, rankings, and empty states do not use AI credits. Open SupaBook AI only when you want an explanation, draft, meeting brief, or sales wording. Existing approval and plan rules still apply.

  5. Save Your Choice

Select Done when finished. Your widget settings save automatically to your personal dashboard layout.

  6. Refresh When Needed

Dashboard information uses short-lived caching instead of constant polling. Refresh after completing relevant work when you need updated totals immediately.

Tips

  • Your dashboard layout is automatically saved as you make changes
  • Keep the dashboard limited to the details you check regularly
  • Financial widgets remain hidden from team members without financial access

Navigation Sidebar

The left sidebar provides access to all major features. It's organized into logical groups: Core, Business, Tools, Phone, and Settings.

Tips

  • The sidebar can be collapsed for more screen space - click the toggle at the top
  • Use keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation
