Remove inactive leads from your active workflow without deleting their history

Archive a Lead

Archive leads you no longer need in the active list. Their details, messages, and history remain available.

  1. Open Leads

    Find the lead in the active Leads list.

  2. Archive the lead

    Open the lead actions menu and select Archive Lead.

  3. View archived leads

    Select the Archived tab on the Leads page.

  4. Restore when needed

    Open the archived lead's actions menu and select Restore Lead.

Tips

  • Archive instead of deleting when you may need the lead's history later
  • Archived leads do not appear in the active lead list or follow-up widgets
