Review Research on a Lead

When Lead Autopilot researches a company, the findings appear on the lead detail page so you can see what informed the recommendation.

1. Open a lead

   Go to Leads and open the lead you want to review.

2. Open Research

   Click the Research tab on the lead detail page.

3. Review findings

   Check the company overview, industry, company size, buying context, recent signal, and recommended follow-up.

4. Check evidence

   Use the badges and sources to see whether each finding was verified, provided by the lead, inferred, or not found.

Tips

• Use the Research used badge in Suggested Response to confirm the draft was informed by company research.
• Treat inferred findings as helpful context, then confirm important details with the lead before quoting scope or pricing.
