Lead Scoring & Qualification

Record qualification, wins, and loss reasons without losing attribution history

Understanding Lead Scoring

Scores help prioritize review. They are not a confirmed qualification decision. Qualification and outcome in the right sidebar shows the saved current status and next action. Choose an outcome under Record a new outcome to make a new decision. Use Add notes for optional context, expand History and Google uploads to review previous decisions, and expand Lead details for source and profile links. Priority replaces Lead Color as a collapsed, optional Hot, Warm, or Cold hint for list filtering. It does not qualify a lead or send a Google conversion. Automatic uses status, estimated value, and age; manual settings remain until changed.

  1. Confirm qualification

Choose Qualified, confirm service fit, a viable budget, buying intent, and timing, then click Record outcome.

  2. Record a price loss

For a previously qualified lead that declines your price, choose Lost and Price objection. Add notes and record the outcome. Qualification stays in the history.

  3. Separate poor fit

Choose Not qualified and Budget below minimum or Wrong service when the inquiry never met your qualification criteria. Use Nurture with a future review date for a later opportunity.

  4. Confirm a win

Choose Won only after a booking, signed agreement, or payment is confirmed. Creating a project alone does not mark a lead won.

  5. Compare channels

Open Attribution and lead quality to compare sources, campaigns, qualified leads, actual wins, and price losses. The period selects leads created during that period, with outcomes through today.

Tips

  • Missing attribution is shown as Unattributed, not assumed to be direct traffic. Replace old iframe-only form embeds with the updated embed code to forward campaign and Google click parameters.
  • Google conversions require an administrator-configured connection, an original Google click ID, and optional advertising measurement consent. Use View upload queue and Send pending conversions. Accepted means received by Google, not verified ad attribution.
  • Compare actual campaign spend before increasing budgets. Spend and cost per qualified lead are not connected yet. Lost and Not qualified are not positive Google conversions.
