Run and Explain Quick Estimate

Use Quick Estimate on the lead detail page to apply active CSV rates and see the exact formulas used.

1. Open a lead

   Go to Leads and open any lead detail page.

2. Calculate

   In the right sidebar, click Calculate Quick Estimate.

3. Review total and breakdown

   Check crew, equipment, and margin totals generated from your active rate sheet.

4. Inspect Why this estimate

   Review each line formula (days x quantity x rate). Lines with no matching CSV row are highlighted.

Tips

• Re-analyze your CSV if pricing looks incomplete so all crew/gear rows are available.
• Keep role and item names consistent between lead assumptions and CSV row names to improve matching.
