Analyze and Draft a Suggested Response
Analyze a lead, review its fit decision and required next step, then generate a response draft

Analyze Before You Draft
Suggested Response separates lead analysis from drafting so you can review the recommended approach before any email is generated.
Analyze the lead
Open the lead and click Analyze lead in the Suggested Response card.
Review the recommendation
Check the fit decision, recommended route, urgency, reasoning, required next step, and missing information.
Generate the draft
Click the recommended draft action, such as Draft clarifying email.
Review before sending
Edit the pending draft if needed, then approve it only when you are ready to send.
Tips
- Analyze lead only creates the recommendation. It does not generate or send an email.
- Estimated scope describes possible project complexity. It is not a verified budget or a confirmed good-fit decision.
- Senior review means a commercial, capacity, policy, or risk question must be approved before the opportunity advances.
- A generated draft remains pending until you approve and send it.
- Check the latest client reply, any booked call, and any email you sent yourself before drafting another response.
- Use researched company facts to make questions relevant. The client's own inquiry controls scope and budget.
- For video work, compare a smaller reliable scope with larger production only when coverage or deliverables require it. Confirm costs and overhead before using a Quick Estimate in a quote.
