Payment processing fees on SupaBook

SupaBook processes payments through Stripe and does not add platform fees on top of Stripe's processing rates. The amounts below are the standard rates passed through; your actual rates may vary based on Stripe agreements or country.

Card payments

2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge (US, standard pricing)
+1% for international cards
+1% for currency conversion
Disputed charges incur a $15 dispute fee, refunded if you win the dispute

ACH (US bank transfer)

0.8% per ACH charge, capped at $5
Failed ACH (insufficient funds) fee: $4
Settlement typically 3–5 business days

Instant payouts

1% of the payout amount, minimum $0.50
Available 24/7 to eligible debit cards and bank accounts
Standard payouts (2 business days) are free

Surcharging and convenience fees

You can pass card processing fees to clients where state and card-network rules allow. SupaBook supports configurable surcharges on invoices. Always disclose surcharges before checkout, and never apply them to debit cards in the US — that violates network rules.

Refunds

Refunding a charge returns the original Stripe processing fee on card payments per Stripe's policy. Disputed refunds may not return fees. ACH refunds follow Stripe's standard refund window.
