Phone Call Basics

Make and receive calls directly from SupaBook using your browser.

  1. Open Phone

    On mobile, tap Phone to open Call History. Use the Phone menu for Calls, Contacts, Keypad, or Voicemail. On desktop, open Manual Call from the Phone section.

  2. Enter number

    Choose the SupaBook business number under Call From, then use the keypad to enter the phone number you want to call. Backspace appears beside the number after the first digit.

  3. Click call

    Click the call button to start the call.

  4. Allow microphone

    Grant browser permission to use your microphone.

  5. Call back from Call History

    On mobile, open Call History and tap a call row. SupaBook immediately returns the call with the business dialer.

  6. Text or review a call

    Tap the message icon to open a SupaBook business SMS conversation. Tap the info icon for the recording, transcript, notes, status, and other details.

  7. Return to the dashboard

    Tap Dashboard at the top of any mobile Phone workspace screen to restore the main app menu.

Tips

  • Calls are automatically logged and can be linked to leads/clients
  • Use All or Missed to switch the mobile list, and use advanced filters for direction, status, outcome, or agent
  • The Voicemail tab shows only calls with a voicemail outcome
  • Use a headset for better call quality
