Getting a Business Phone Number
Purchase and configure a phone number for your business

Activate your included number during onboarding
Choose an available local number before checkout. Selection does not reserve it with the provider. After checkout and business review, approve the greeting and call handling to connect your Main Call Flow. It answers from confirmed business information, books through an active scheduler after caller confirmation, and transfers to a configured forwarding number. Missing destinations fall back to callback capture, and unanswered transfers offer voicemail. Review the selected scheduler and forwarding number before activating.
Tips
- If your selected number becomes unavailable, use Choose a replacement number in onboarding. Your existing subscription covers the replacement without another checkout.
- Use Check again or Retry number activation if provisioning is still pending.
- Call your number from another phone and verify the greeting and saved lead. Configured and live-call tested are separate checks.
- Text messaging requires its own registration and verification. A configured number does not automatically mean texting is approved.
