Sending SMS Messages

SMS Messaging Basics

Send text messages to clients directly from SupaBook.

1. Open Messages

   Click Messages in the sidebar or click the message icon on a client profile

2. Select contact

   Choose a client or enter a phone number

3. Compose message

   Type your message (160 characters for standard SMS)

4. Send

   Click send to deliver the message

Tips

• SMS is great for quick updates and appointment reminders
• Messages are logged in the client's communication history

Important notes

• SMS messaging requires a SupaBook phone number and may incur per-message charges
