Using the Project Pipeline
Visualize and manage your work with the kanban-style pipeline

Pipeline View
The pipeline view shows all your projects organized by stage, and you can switch to the table view when you want a searchable paged list.
View pipeline
The default view shows projects in kanban columns by stage.
Read the status line
The bottom of each card shows the most urgent item for that project, such as an overdue invoice, a proposal the client viewed (with how many times and when), an upcoming meeting, overdue tasks, or no activity for 7 days. Select it to see why it appears.
Create a follow-up task
From a status line, select Create follow-up task to add a task to the project that is due in 2 days, or select Open project to review it first.
Read stage totals
Each column header stays compact. It shows a project count only when the stage is not empty. Financial users see sent proposal totals when that stage contains sent proposals, otherwise the header shows saved project budgets. A zero total is hidden.
Switch views
Use the board and table icons at the top of the page to switch between kanban and list views.
Set projects per page
In table view, use the Per page menu to show 5, 10, 25, or 100 projects at a time.
Review a stage move
Drag a card to a new column, or change its stage from the table. Sales moves open a review so you can confirm configured checks, the expected close date, the forecast category, and the next project task. A closed-lost move also requires a reason.
Quick actions
Hover over a project card for quick actions like edit, archive, or view details.
Resolve scheduling conflicts
When a project overlaps other booked dates, open the project and review the scheduling conflict panel. Select Review dates to open Details and update the schedule.
Tips
- Customize sales and delivery stages from Pipeline Settings
- Use filters to focus on specific project types or clients
- Forecast categories are explicit operating labels. SupaBook does not invent close probabilities.
- Hide stale projects is off by default. Turn it on to hide projects with no activity in the last 30 days.
