Building Project Templates

Create templates for common project types to streamline your workflow.

1. Go to Service Templates

   Click Service Templates under the Templates section in the sidebar.

2. Create template

   Click 'New Template' and give it a name

3. Set defaults

   Configure default stages, tasks, and timeline

4. Add checklist

   Include standard tasks and milestones

5. Save and use

   Select this template when creating new projects

• Create templates for each service type you offer
• Include realistic timelines based on past projects
