Using the Proposal Builder

Create beautiful, professional proposals with our drag-and-drop builder.

  1. Go to Proposals

Navigate to the Proposals page (accessible from project details or by searching 'Proposals').

  2. Create new proposal

Click 'New Proposal' to open the builder.

  3. Select client

Choose the client this proposal is for. Their details will auto-populate.

  4. Add sections

Build your proposal with sections: introduction, scope, timeline, pricing, and terms.

  5. Customize content

Edit each section with your specific project details and pricing.

  6. Add a storyboard preview

Add a Board Preview block, select a board from your studio, and review the read-only board layout snapshot with graphics, images, text, columns, and lines. Use Refresh preview after the source board changes.

  7. Preview and send

Preview the proposal, publish the current version, then send it directly to your client's email.

Tips

  • Start from a template to save time on common proposals
  • Include clear pricing to reduce back-and-forth
  • Refresh a board preview before publishing so the client sees the intended storyboard version
  • Set an expiration date to create urgency
