Reuse a Sent Proposal

When creating a Super File from a project, choose Proposal. Recent opens with files sent to the project's client, including files from their other projects and files that have since been signed or paid.

  1. Find a previous file

Use This client or All clients, search sent file names, and select Load more to see older files.

  2. Create a draft copy

Select the file, customize the name, and click Create Super File.

  3. Review before sending

Check the copied content, dates, services, pricing, and terms for the current project. The original sent file stays unchanged, and the new draft is not sent automatically.

Creating Templates

Templates allow you to reuse proposal structures for similar projects.

  1. Go to Super Files

Click Super Files under Templates in the sidebar.

  2. Create new template

Click 'New Template' and give it a descriptive name.

  3. Build template structure

Add all the sections you commonly use, with placeholder text where needed.

  4. Save template

Save and it will be available when creating new proposals.

Tips
