Configuring AI Features

Customize how AI features work throughout SupaBook.

1. Go to AI Settings

   Click Settings in the sidebar, then go to Company tab → AI Settings.

2. Response tone

   Set the default tone for AI-generated responses (professional, friendly, casual)

3. Auto-draft settings

   Configure when AI should auto-draft email responses

4. Set automatic delivery permissions

   In Automatic Delivery Safety, choose whether SupaBook may send automatic email, SMS, or follow-ups. These permissions are off until you enable and save them. AI drafts and human-approved email can still be used while automatic email is off.

5. Review threshold

   Set confidence level for AI actions requiring approval

6. Manage rate sheets

   In Production Rate Sheet, upload CSV/XLSX, open Edit Imported Rates to correct parsed rates, then activate the version you want used for estimates.

7. Delete old imports

   Use Delete Old Imports to remove outdated rate sheets and keep pricing clean.

Tips

• Start with higher review thresholds and lower as you trust the AI
• Review AI drafts regularly to improve its understanding of your style
• Leave automatic delivery off until you have reviewed the automation, templates, and stop conditions
• Follow-ups stop when a lead replies, books, closes, or unsubscribes
• After each import, review parsed crew/equipment items before using the sheet for proposals
