Read the Full Policy
Open Legal in the website footer, then choose Refund & Cancellation Policy under The essentials. You can also visit /refund-policy directly. The Legal center keeps the AI, communications, and data-processing policies together. This guide summarizes common questions and where to cancel.
Tips
- If you have a billing issue, contact billing@supabook.ai and include the invoice date and amount
What Can Be Refunded (High Level)
Subscription refund guidance covers Essentials, Core, AI, AI Pro, and legacy paid CRM plans under /refund-policy. Separately billed phone numbers, consumed voice or SMS usage, and prepaid credits have separate non-refundable terms. Done-for-You Launch and Concierge Launch setup fees are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or for a verified billing error. Earlier purchases and signed custom agreements retain their accepted terms.
Important notes
- Phone number monthly fees are non-refundable and releasing a number does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining billing period
- Pre-purchased credit packages are non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund a one-time setup purchase
How to Cancel (Where to Click)
Cancellation paths depend on what you are canceling:
CRM subscription plan
Go to Settings → Company → Membership to manage your core CRM subscription. If you cannot access Membership, ask the studio owner or contact billing@supabook.ai.
Phone numbers (recurring number fees)
Go to Billing & Credits (/voice-billing) → Voice Credits → Billing Settings, then use Phone Number Billing Actions to Cancel Subscription (period end) or Release Number (immediate).
Voice plan add-on
Go to Billing & Credits (/voice-billing) → Voice Credits → Billing Settings and use Cancel Plan to schedule cancellation at period end.
